We operate from a kitchen where all food allergens are present. Despite all efforts to prepare cakes according to certain dietary requirements, we can’t guarantee the absence of allergens on our products or be held responsible for any harm that may occur.
We can’t guarantee any changes or your order after its confirmation. Agreed alterations might be subject of surcharge
Regarding orders cancellations:
We reserve the right to apply a fee of 50% of an order value and up to its total price after the order been confirmed.
Orders are not refundable once collected/delivered.
All orders up to £250 value must be paid in full.
For orders of £250 value, or more, a deposit of 50% of the total value is required in order to secure your date and start preparing it. The remaining 50% must be received two weeks prior its collection/delivery.
An order isn’t confirmed and won’t be prepared, collected or delivered until the full payment is received.
Products handling/care:
Once an order is collected/delivered we can’t assume anymore responsibility for the product conditions.
Please keep the products (cakes/cupcakes) refrigerated, if any other instruction wasn’t provided. For a better taste experience on cakes/cupcakes, remove them from the fridge and place them on a cool dry room at least 1 to 3 hours before consuming them.
Non edible items (flowers, ribbons, dowels, etc) must be removed before serving and we accept no responsibility for any harm these might cause. Some non edible flowers might be toxic if eaten. Any contamination that may occur to your cake it’s not our responsibility.
Some of the above T&C does not apply to business partners, if any other conditions were formally agreed.

Deliveries are made according to availability and they are included on orders above £60 on locations within 5 km radius from NW2 6SA (excluding areas where there is parking difficulties or other fees are applied, eg. congestion charge fees areas).
Delivery fees might apply on orders below £60 within 5 km radius & on locations out of 5 miles radius.
